Having trouble being hypnotized please help!!

Hello there! as the title says, im having trouble getting hypnotized...
I have been trying to get hypnotized for about 2-3 years now every then and now i tried to listen to a file. I also tried many different files ..
I followed every step in the guide from wmm... i have never tried to get hypnotized in real life tho or so.. Always only tried with files..
Anyway now can someone help me with my problem ?
