if I\'m placing my intent in right, then listening to this and the other podcast brainwashes I make should make all hypnotic trances more effective by training some visualization techniques and by making the mechanics of magic and some unconscious knowledge being explained repeated (the key to hypnosis btw) to make you more confident in your ability to shape the reality around you by your wishes. (apparently anaphora as mantra)
