the file isnt as bad as people say it is, it didnt have the desired effect on me but it did make me feel as if someone is always with me......which is nice

It's better than its apparent reputation. Sure, the distorted voice sounds sorta awful, but I find JJ's way of implanting triggers MUCH more effective than, say, EMG's, who usually only mentions the key phrase only once or twice during the whole session.
Besides, this file worked for me rather well: when told to sit, I simply imagined myself sitting, and that was that.

Awful...a waste of time. JJ uses some voice changing software to make his voice sound more female. It sounds terrible. Not even human, but more chip n' dale like. Very hard to understand the garbled induction.

Also the script is riddled with logic problems... (for example : you are asked to sit down after you are supposed to be asleep)...there is NO way a mind could make sense out of this, it would only lead to confusion. This file should be deleted.
