The Inner Voice: Part 1

In this series, we will be exploring my version of the "subconscious mind". This first part will involve describing the "Inner Voice" and introducing it to you through hypnosis. The intention is to establish a positive and meaningful relationship with the "deeper you" (this may be spiritual in interpretation, if you feel so inclined, but it doesn't have to be). This series is NOT intended to create a separate personality within you. Indeed, the Inner Voice really is just you, only deeper and wiser. That said, I would NOT advise that individuals with a history of mental illness involving hearing voices or developing negative multiple personalities listen to this recording. More is explained about the Inner Voice in the recording, but in general, please use discretion when listening as you would with any hypnosis file.
