I like this file -- it is sort of soothing. The \"river sounds\" are on a fairly short loop and sound to me like a washing machine cleaning a load of laundry. But that image is a pleasant one for me -- almost like a spiral, but a safe, humble, homey one -- very disarming. I like to listen to this before an induction; it provides a sort of preparatory cleansing of my thoughts.

I don\'t know if anyone will comment ? But can I use this throughout the day on a loop ?
It sounds great and I can barely hear EMG, it is what I have been looking for if so ..... thank you
