And then we got to the meat of the hypnosis and I had to walk right out the proverbial backdoor (which, thank you for including). I was excited to try a desperation/wetting hypno: I was well hydrated, in a safe place that would be easy to clean, ready for my bladder to simply lose control. Instead I hear something to the effect, "this will permanently weaken your bladder, as you repeat listen, you'll even drip into your pants." And that's very much not what I want or was after. I think more clarity in your description of what effects to expect might be beneficial.
