This is an improved Suggestible file to help people that have problems with my other files(and other hypnotists as well). It uses the 7PlusOrMinus2 induction which is a good induction for people who have troubles going under.

The 7+-2 induction actually subtracted from the experience in my case, as I was only able to remember 3 at a time, which made me feel overwhelmed. As a result, it was harder to relax afterward.
