You\'re intended to use high-fidelity headphones and turn it down rly rly low because it does get loud.

After working on inductions, using higher-quality headphones, and even practicing with this file as stand-alone, I\'ve come to enjoy this file quite a bit! The sensations are amazingly intense, as if fat was building underneath the skin and stretching the flesh quite easily. One of my favorite files now.

Not an enjoyable file. Even after a correct induction, the file was very abrasive and broke me out of trance pretty rapidly. I\'ll attempt it again some other time, but this file was not useful for me.
