I\'m new to all this self-hypnosis hype, so go easy on me. @Outkast1728, I personally have had the same luck as I had with the \"furry transformation\" file. Played around with the file for a few weeks (not from here, mind you - I found both files elsewhere originally), used the trigger, got a small tingle every time. No visual phenomena, sadly. However, from what I\'ve heard and experienced, it differs greatly from person to person; so my recommendation is to try it out. 🙂 Worst case scenario is that you\'re hooked up with a trigger that does nothing for you - it\'s not like it\'s a curse file. 😉
