Alternative trig slave

using a previous slave script body, i reworked it using samples from VH to create something that has more focus on the induction then previous files to make sure the listener is definatly right in trance before slave conditioning is applied. it should be noted that in part of the induction the trigger is only refered to as %trigger%. this means that anyone who decides to record can choose their own trigger.
