Lucid Dream Training

I\'ve decided to record a new lucid dream training file, as the ones on this site didn\'t work out too well for me.\r\nThis file is intended to be listened to in bed, before going to sleep, as the wakener prepares you to go to sleep and start dreaming.\r\nAs always, feedback would be great!\r\n\r\nContains a 4Hz Theta Wave Binaural and extremely relaxing filtered whitenoise in the background. I almost went under while putting it together.\r\n
