I\'ve had to urinate 6 to 8 times a day rather than the typical 2 or 3 times. I\'ve urinated quite a bit less than the norm each time, however if I don\'t go, A slightly unnerving \'I have to go.\' feeling posses me until I do so, however nothing makes me actually have to wet myself (neither due to purely waiting it off until my body can\'t take it nor Incontinence) yet. The file also makes me just want to actually become incontinent and listen to the file even more until it is true.\n\nBravo, EMG, however I was expecting more of a gradual change and the fact that isn\'t the case is what scares me whether because the suddenness makes me realize how fucked up the effects can make me or whether continual listen will continue the abrupt changes.

I\'ve been working with this file and cursebedwetting in loop for quite some time. Last night I remember starting to miss some of the words (in my head) around the countdown and then actually remember soaking my diaper but still waking up wet and only (sub)consciously remembering it happen. I\'m very excited and don\'t feel I\'ve ever fully \"went down.\" Did I experience a full hypnotic trance?
