Pleasure with waking hypnosis

This file starts with telling a story that relaxes you. The relaxation turns into an induction of a nice trance. In that trance I use the metaphor of blowing all worries and inhibitions into a red balloon and inhale pleasure instead. When all your worries and inhibitions are exhaled into that balloon, you seal it and let it fly away. At that point of time you could be very open to more suggestions. I just leave that now to other files and just emerge you back out of trance. Enjoy. No triggers.
