You will never, ever be sure. Here, let me guide as you do not know or understand. The human mind is a remarkable gift from God. Yet, it is not without limitations. Research focused on a mental limitation, which is our ability to use an executive function. Say you focus on something for an extended time or choose salad instead of cake? That is executive function. Both processes require conscious effort; you resist the temptation to let your mind wander or dive into the dessert! Use of executive function, (we rely on it throughout the day,) draws upon a single resource of limited capacity within the brain. When it\'s exhausted by one activity, our capacity is hindered in another, seemingly unrelated activity.
Did you ever notice a magician uses slight of hand? He never really relies on a matter referred to as magic. It is actually getting you, the audience, to look one way, while he does something, the other. See how easy this concept is, my pet? So, walking in or out of a room you give it deeper thought, yes?
