Another one of my little scripts that I combine with other files to make a complete nightly script. This one is meant to be added after the Obey trigger script of mine after you are already in a trance and have listened to a deepener, and it will bring your conscious mind up out of trance while leaving your body too relaxed to move, and then put you back under with the trigger word, encouraging you to try to resist going to a trance state, because it is based on resistance making people go deeper into a trance state. I would listen to the script that adds the trigger for a week or two, until you feel that you are helplessly relaxing each time you year the trigger word. show less

Another one of my small hypnosis files. After you are in a trance induced by a resistance induction, and you go through a staircase and a gate deepener, then add this command in to help you fall instantly into a trance state. Add this to your normal nightly hypnosis routine, and in a week or two when you find that hearing the trigger word is actually making you feel instantly deeply relaxed, then add the obey training script as well, and it will help you practice going in and out of instant trance states. show less

This is just the resistance induction script that I have modified and combined from several other sources over many years. It induces relaxation using extreme resistance and implants the suggestion that the more someone resists going into a trance state or tries to refuse a suggestion, the faster and quicker they will end up submitting. I have found this induction to be very effective when used on myself.

First time I have ever uploaded to the site after lurking here for years. I have broken my scripts up into small files and use a unix shell script to combine a half dozen of them into a single nights training.
