Conditioning - these are file that are looped files for back ground listening, they don't contain any heavey deepeners. You may want to add a deepener at the start to kick start the process if you desire. they can be play whilst watching images though they effectiveness isn't as strong whilst doing this as 'Expereince' files. Experience - To expereince a hypnogirl, you can simply use the key phrase programmed in the conditioning files, however using an experience file will greatly increase the effects, these are designed to be played whilst watching an immage set or video, they do contain deepeners. Reinforcing - these work with the experiencial learning you have developed from working with a particular 'hypnogirl' where you recall how to be her etc. These are eyes closed go very deep files.
