This hypnosis file enslaves you by making you feel like you've been injected with nanobots that turn you into a cyberslave.  They do this by making a copy of your mind and then when they have full control of your body they simply turn off the old you one night and the slave wakes up the next morning.  The cyberslave will then seek out their owner(the one you chose before listening to the file, or one they choose after you listened to it).  They will inform their new owner of what they are and will from that point on your body will exist to serve your master and will be completely in their control.
