My first venture into the world of subliminals!

I did a bit of research on reddit because I have trouble getting hypno to stick on myself because of some subconscious blocks I have from past trauma. So I thought... what if I decided to chisel away at my subconscious instead of sledge-hammer in a bunch of suggestions in a single session? Hence, a subliminal series was born!

5 vocal layers, each pitched slightly differently (typical human vocal range, not inaudible high-pitched stuff), all at double-speed. With a nice low static bass hum at 55Hz and binaural beats at 220Hz a few octaves above. 

File is 1 hour in length. 

Suggestions include 30 affirmations to increase hypnotic suggestibility, 30 affirmations for weight gain and arousal from eating, and 30 suggestions for chronic masturbation and permanent arousal.

Instructions: Play for at least 3 hours a day as a background sound. It should not be loud and you should not be able to make out what's being said (it should be too difficult anyway because of the layering, but your subconscious will eventually decode and absorb the suggestions). It should sound like you're waiting for a table outside of a restaurant and it's the chatter you're hearing from inside. It can be used while working, gaming, sleeping, streaming, etc... pretty much any time you can have headphones on. There is no maximum listening time. In theory, the longer you listen, the quicker it will work. You will need to commit to using the file daily for it to work.

Expectations: Subliminals are a "slow burn" type of hypnosis and effects will not be immediate, but they will acumulate over time on a scale of days to months. I'm not experienced enough yet with sublims to say how long to expect it to take, but the reddit subliminal community suggests it can take up to 6 months for full effects to come through. Those who are more suggestible or experienced with subliminals may respond more quickly.
