Things that might help you attract the perfect subject would be;
-Your gender
-Sexual interests
-Sexuality

Not saying it's needed mind you, but rather it makes it much easier to attract the perfect subject for you.

Actually some of my best results have been via text hypnosis. You'd be surprised how effective it can be.
