you need to focus, and dont doubt it, just keep listening, plus premium membership just gives you a wider variety of files, just concentrate on one...unless you think you can use the subliminals...in which case you should get a premium membership

well thats what they should be, some are just EMG's voice worked into a wavelength that varies in pitch, not very effective, its easy to lose track of his voice...might be a good thing im not sure...or just find it irritating

be careful not to listen to lots of files in a short period of time, listen to one file for quite some time, it will work just give it time and focus

or alternatively just use deprogramme all a few times

things will only work if you think they will and you cant trick your mind into thinking it will, you could try subliminals as well but im not sure if they work in the same principle

another little tip, remember they are called suggestions, meaning you mearly hint at the idea, dont force it upon them

well i dont know from experience but it depends how much you want it to work, if your new give it a try after training with the training files

i think these must be subliminals your talkingg about because only they say it doesnt put you in trance i think either methods work fine, so its just a matter of whats convinient

also it might not matter how deep a sleeper you are since the deeper you are in sleep the deeper your brainwave is...eg beta alpha theta delta but the lighter the sleeper te closer you are to waken hypnosis......

This means you REM a lot (rapid eye movement), which means you have a good imagination and are more suggestable

i think i have something similar, when i close one of my eyes, the closed eye always shakes, making it tough for me to sleep, but doesnt affect m actual sight much
