Don't bother, its really bad. Doesn't mention incontinence of any kind once in the file, just tells you to put marshmallows in your butt, which have a laxative effect. Giving yourself laxatives everyday is unhealthy.

Using Cloth diapers reduces the energy consumption to some degree and the waste going into landfills to a much larger degree. Using cloth 24/7 would ultimately create much less waste then using disposables 24/7.
