When listening over the night, is it best to use the ordinary or the subliminal files? Experiment and see what ya have the most luck with, personally i'd say use the normal files but other would say subliminal, some people have luck with either, so just try which you'll think works best for you. :)

Most people seem to be able to be triggered without the IM file so i'd question its use, As for where it has gone is anyones guess :?

As long as their is some form of communication between the hypnotist and the subject then trance is possible since all a hypnotist does is give you instructions and suggestions, its up to you how and wether or not you take them in.
