Self hypnosis isn't really something I am interested in doing. I don't feel shy when doing online sessions, so I don'tr eally think that's the problem. I've had a lot of practice going into trance as well. That's not the bit I seem to have problems with; just the actually taking a suggestion.

You dont take them how. Do you wake up when given them or do they just not work? What suggestins have you had and how mny sessions with each suggestion? Everyone is hypnotizable. Though i wont doubt you on the fact that messenger can get in the way of this. One on one sessions have a lot more power than over messenger. If you're unsure about whether to be a sissy or not, I wouldn't listen to the file any more as it will only cement your problem and lead to more trouble. If it is really bugging you about listening to it, then buy the removal file from EMG. As for other files, perhaps you should try a trigger file o...
