I listed to the file when I have the chance. Yesterday I laid down for a nap and listened for 2.5 hours on loop. I dont really see it doing anything but it is relaxing to listen to and that is a huge plus. I was getting a migrane so I laid down and when I woke, migrane gone. Viola.
