I recommend Bondage Triggers. You have triggers with it and it wont do physical changes or mental changes. You also can choose who you give the trigger phrases to. Oh thanks :-) . So I've listened to a good few induction files and a few trigger files like email slave and im not sure what to develop on to next. I'm pretty happy with any type of hypnosis with any kind of theme...its your pick..... so please post any suggestions on what you think I should try.
