Ok kind of freaking out this is my 4th time listing to the shrinking control panel file and now when i walk though a door way it looks so much bigger now and when i see this my body feels small dont get me wrong i love this. I measure myself and i lost a hole inch wow.

I to listen to the shrinking control file and for the first time i do believe that its working I'm so excited to find out if i will go smaller to my locked in size to 5.8 I will keep all of you peeps updated. :)
