Once a file has been learned, how often should it be listened to for reinforcement? I know everyone differs, but I'm looking for a ballpark figure.

I voted for the pain one, for one specific reason. I didn't vote so much for it for the pain part as the discipline part. I really think there needs to be a discipline one in this group to make it full circle besides just the cage.

Does anyone know how to ramp up the frequency of the files to say 15.5 khz?
