Which files in particular are you listening to? Only some of them mention the waist specifically.

I always feel the clothing sliding on and the tightening of the corset and so on but that's about it. It's still a great file. If I tried a bit more I'm sure it'd be more effective.

I never feel like I'm growing anything while I'm listening, but I have started having some interesting dreams lately. Last night I had one where I was wearing a rather large bra but didn't fill it. Yet. HOw are you getting the sense of fullness from? I"m not getting that at all in the file as I list...

I've had to take a few weeks off from it. Havn'e been listening but my size hasn't gone down and they've kept their fullness. I'm going back to listening again tonight. :D

It's working so far. Mine got a quite a bit fuller and are getting a bit bigger in size also. I've only been using this for a little while though. I want long term growth.

I was wondering how many people have tried this and if they have had any success? I was thinking about trying this or at least adding it to the ones I listen to.
