I have to say I only partially agree with you about the singing voice thing. Yes, the only way to get a good singing voice is practice and training, but hypnosis can help you learn to pick up on tone and pitch more effectively, which is one of the largest stumbling blocks to learning to sing well

Regarding files for the dominant, I think a permissive/validation style approach would probably work best, ie "it's okay to feel comfortable controlling and ordering around your sub" or "you may enjoy taking total control of your sub's life" type of format to the suggestions

EMG, would it be possible to get the older files redone with your current equipment? Maybe start with the oldest files and redo them one by one, replacing the original version?
