Regarding files for the dominant, I think a permissive/validation style approach would probably work best, ie "it's okay to feel comfortable controlling and ordering around your sub" or "you may enjoy taking total control of your sub's life" type of format to the suggestions

That's an idea, but I'd make it a bit more focused, concentrate on a need to submit/surrender control of the slave's life to a master or mistress, and a need to please/be pleasing to the master/mistress, and make it clear that it's in all ways, not just sexual
