When I listen to the files, I use Sony headphones. They are big, and bulky, but they will block most outside sound, allow me to hear the sound better, and ensure that I disturb noone while listening. A triple-threat! Well worth the $17.

OK, I may not know much about Sublims, but I do know how to mix sound files, assuming you have Windows.

Open Windows Sound Recoder, open one file, go to Mix With File, and mix it with the file you wish to mix it with.

Isn't it the point that you can go about your normal business? After all, if you need to concentrate, it wouldn't be a SUBliminal. In general, the files should be played more than once. For some, it works the first time. For others, it takes reinforcement. And I would try the regular cursePenisGrowth, since Sublims tend to be weaker than the actual file, IMHO.

For example, for best effect, I use a small fan. It provides what's called 'white noise' and helps people sleep. It can also assist (but not cause) trances, in my experience.
