For those having good results lately, how often do you listen?

yeah very curious on your progress. I recently started taking t-blockers and I'm about to take estrogen too in a few weeks. I've heard hrt has a little bit of impact on height through tissue changes/etc. I'm wondering if I start listening to this again a lot at the same time if i can maybe accelerat...

Thanks. Yeah, I'm sure listening to this regularly would be more effective, but as of right now I'm either too busy to actively listen to a non-subliminal, or I'm lying down in bed tired enough that I just pass out if I try to trance.

Can you point me in the direction of the subliminals you listened to? I really want to get back into this but my current schedule isn't really good for the uninterrupted time I need for the track, so something in the interim to get me started might help.

Has anyone using Bambi files tried using the Bambi Shrink file on this site?

One update, I am back up to 5' 10.5" but it has been a few years since I actively tried to shrink. This thread goes back about 5 years (started in 2014) and the shortest I got was 5' 8.75". Has anyone else grown back? Or stayed at the size they were from the file's effects? Or... continue...

Guessing Three wouldn't affect as quickly as Two since having a specific size in mind for two allows your mind to already be doing some of the mental "prep-work," in a sense.

I think I might start with smaller2's file though. No offense to Oxy but smaller's does have more written success posts for it so far. Once I hit my initial goal with smaller's, I'll switch to Oxy's for the next goal, and see if one felt more effective than the other.
