Alright I will post some pictures. Even tho i missed taking pictures with a measuring tape... I thought I should do it and one guy here also told me to do but in the end I thought it wouldn't work anyway xD but you can clearly see the difference even without a measuring tape. From 5.7 to 4.5 already...

In case anyone is interested in my results: First of all I wasn't 5.8 inches before, but 5.7. But now I'm about 5.0 inches. This means I lost 0.7 inches within 8 days. I can't explain this but it really happened.
I will not stop now! It's kinda addictive already. Let's see what will happen
