i was listening to a file when the hypnotist voice counted down from 10 -1 and reached 1 i felt like i was spinning in every direction then for the rest of the file i felt like i was spinning downward very fast

was this trance ive never felt this before

what files should i use to be able to reach trance im having trouble really what it to work though
