I didn't know where to post this so voila... I like to listen to my hypnotic files on my mp3 player, and I splurged and got an Ipod that plays videos, so I was wondering if it would be possible to make a video of a file with a spiral. I mean, this could also work on your computer if you wanted it to...

18/m here (aka The Runt I guess) I've just always had a fasination with the occult, which includes hypnosis. I'd like to be put under (preferably by a female) and eventually learn how to hypnotize properly. I'm heading off to college soon for psychology and hopefully will pick up a thing or two there.

and secondly does it help to play a relaxing noise (i.e. thunder storm or ocean sounds) at the same time as trying to trance or would it be too distracting? I dunno about the rest, but I figure this depends on the quality of the audio. if the relaxing noises comes out pretty fuzzy i think it might ...
