I think some of these success stories might be a tad embarrassing.

Once I can confirm that any particular file worked really well... aside from the induction of course which worked brilliantly... Then I'll make sure to talk about it.

Also it's best to try doing it in a nice quiet place. The less distractions the better... and honestly if you're into meditation already that should help. Just trying to center yourself on the words and letting everything else fall away. I suppose it also has to do with wanting to be told what to do...
