My friend got the file working, hallucinations and everything, by listening to the accelerator file, then listening to it for 13 times straight.

I hate whenever you (try) to have sex in lucid dreams you (well, I) always wake up. It feels really good though. I've only had 2, and those were right after I spent about 5 hours looking at lucid dreaming sites. Good stuff.

Would you recommend any files to increase susceptibility?

They are very difficult to get to work. You will have to go so deep into trance that you do not remember it afterwards, and even then it will take months or years before it fully happens.
