curious... have you tried blinks basic induction?

i have a LOT of trouble with hypnosis and thats had fantastic results for me...
if not, id suggest it, after all you have nothing to lose but some time...

i had assumed that someone must have posted a success story with this file, and when i wandered over here again, i find i was right... indeed a good job on this one blink, although your induction still works better for me - (however putting the two one after the other is an interesting experience al...

how about laying down but at an angle - kinda propped up? i cant sit and relax, but i can't lay very comfortably either as i have a screwed back and shoulder. - so i lay down but prop myself up with pillows - not only is this comfortable, but its really hard to have my mouth open allowing ym throat ...

i recommend blinks basic induction - its the only one thats really worked for me so far....and it worked very well.

id suggest starting with something simple as opposed to complex.....that way there is the ability to see if the trigger has worked.... (which is all im wanting to do)

another observation from me.... i decided to try somethign new. i began with the abbreviated induction (as thats all i have and dont seem to be able to find the full one) and then placed another file directly afterwards... just to see what happened. the result was i awoke at the end of the second fi...

after another couple of listens more of the same... i tried consciously trying listen to everything... but i can't remember that much... im looking very much forwards to hearing the full thing... and a lot more to come hopefully... i will quite happily road test for you if you like Blink as this is ...

I find it VERY hard to relax full stop, let alone when thinking about going into hypnosis... any hints as to what might help? i seem to be one of these people who is on the go ALL the time... i generally need to chill out... figuring self hypnosis is a good way to do it... have interests in other us...
