I tried changing my approach to this whole hypnosis thing, letting a couple of files play repeatedly while I sleep. At first it didn't seem like this was working, but a couple of nights ago (I've been working with the lucid dreams 2 file) I had a dream that was quite vivid...for most of the night I ...

*nods* I usually do have the whole thing thought out before I procede...but considering how I haven't ended a story with "The End" in quite a while...perhaps I've got nothing to worry about. *chuckles*

heh, 'to be continued...' I've used a couple of times...but that only denotes that there will be more. I have some stand-alone stories that I don't plan on continuing so 'fin' would be more likely a choice...though the good ole 'the end' just seems to do the job so well.

I'm still waiting to get some of those files you were talking about but I have Audacity now and I was wondering...when you adjust the volume of the suggestive channel, do you still have to be able to understand what's being said conciously or does it just have to be playing even if you can't hear it...

I think I know the accent you're talking about and there are a few differences that separate the two. At any rate, accents are cool.

Yeah, free travel would be awesome...though instead of a time machine...I'd opt for a puddle jumper from Stargate Atlantis...though there IS the time travel option on certain models. *shrugs* Oh well...guess I'll just hafta wait until I'm an old geezer to get my flying car.

The universe in which everyone is dressed like a cowboy. I call it "The Unified Spagetti Western Theory" ....which sounds like it has more to do with the movies than cosmology but oh well. I'm not majoring in astronomy so I don't gotta take it THAT seriously >^_^<

I tried female dreams last night and while I was listening to it, I could feel the tingling that comes before numbness spreading through my legs right up through my thighs. I didn't get a complete numbness in either arms or legs but feeling it build in a new area is encouraging.

I myself have not acheived full trance while listening to the files as of yet but what I have experienced is a total numbness in my arms all the way up to my shoulders. I've begun feeling a tingling in my toes and chest but only a slight sensation. I find I end up falling asleep if I listen to it at...

*nods* I'm not a big fan of pushing pills for every single little malady someone has. Allergies, okay, migranes, sure...but ADD? Hell no. Not when teachers are stealing it from their students, as well as the fact that it's also refered to as "The Poor Man's Cocaine." Such a title does not auger well...

Well, while that's all fine and good it's not QUITE what I meant. I mean a file that will hypnotise the listener and attempt to aliviate their symptoms so they will be far less affected by them.

Just a thought for a new file

I dunno if this is the right board for it but here goes anyway... I and a few people I know suffer from a number of ailments ranging from ADD to Durret's syndrome and even Epilepsy (sp?). I was wondering if the possibility of a file (or files) to help deminish the symptoms of these would be in the c...

Well that certainly makes me feel better about my practice sessions. Minor Success Early On

I have been practicing this since yesterday, listing to EMG's inductions, working closely with the suggestive trance file as well as the Trig Pregnancy file. So far, I have not actually experienced anything pregnancy related but I can feel my fingers go numb and my forearms tingling as I listen. I'm...

I've been wondering about the enchanted keyboard file for a while now. Since I'm a writer, I'm a little hesitant to try it for fear I might end up living (or at least hallucinating) one of my works so I've been wondering if there's a way to build a sort of safe guard in, like only obeying it when a ...
