Ive just worked out how to do that, a while i know but still. The problem is, when I get it to the desktop it shows up as an icon with @ in the middle of it. How can I convert it to an mp3 file.

Im on a mac and I cant save the files straight to itunes or w/e you use. I would really like to so i can listen to them when i sleep on my ipod and I was wondering if you could link a couple more of the bedwetter ones likes the guy did earlier in the thread cos i can use that.
