I usually only feel the effects mentally if my eyes are closed, if they're open it removes the illusion. Never anything physical.

I listened to it a bit before and it didn't really do anything for me like some other files did. Never really got addicted to it or in any way even though I always went deep.

I agree, SMYC is much better, I think because it makes you want and need to do it rather than forced to by some irritation.
