It depends . Sometimes it can be only an hour or two per week , but if Im really craving then it can be every night for weeks , it becomes a need.

On the other hand, very VERY few people know the truth about what hypnosis can and cannot make people do. To ensure restful sleep.
Or if you are any good at editing, remove the awakener yourself.
