I'd say you can affect your body on a chemical level. Like the things your body produces inside.

So hormones for breasts, hip sizes, appetites and anything psychological at all really could be affected.

haha, that's what happens when you hear a voice while dreaming. Like I had the radio on talking about the Israel-Palestine conflict and I began dreaming about it. Or like on TV where someone is saying "Wake up!"

Why stop?

I've had 2 so far. The first was where I was in some dark scary place, and I was like really scared of being in my own head. I realised I was dreaming a turned on a light switch in the dream, and burnt the room down with a conjured fireball. Then the house turned out to be in the middle of a picture...

What I do is try to fall asleep at the same time. That seems to stick my subconcious in the way of my thinking mind, and I slip into a nice deep trance.

I've read in medical journals that there are definite links between how the body performs and the subconcious. So if you tell your subconcious to make estrogen, you get breasts. Since we know that hypnosis can make you come, then we know it can make hormones be produced, which agrees with the above.

Try listening to the suggestible file a lot. That should get you to be able to work past skepticism. Worked for me.
