where are the links to your altered files

so should i expect results or will nothing hapen

i woke was only able to open my eyes when the file said to wake up but during the file i was aware of my surondings and could hear things going on around me. so was i in a trance or not

I tried this a few times and think i see a small amount of change. i was also woundering if this has worked for any one dose it cause you to have periods.

I was woundering can the files on this site work if you are asleep or do they only work if you are put into a trance.
