Well, for me, at least.. try listening to it while sleeping.. and a good way to try the file out, is picture your furry self, paint it over your body, and say the trigger. I'm a begginer to all this stuff.. have no clue how to make scripts, hypnosis files, etc.. and I would really like to try it.. any suggestions?
