THX, that was very couraging. I'll try the thing with the watch; I've read about reality checks, but combined with watches they'll probably work better, because I use the watch as my main timepiece. The watch itself might also work as a reality tester, because watches tend to not work properly in dr...

File to forget music?

Here's an idea for a hypno file. The file could install a trigger which would make the subject forget the musical content of a specific piece of music. This way, one could forget about an old song which has become boring over time and like the music as much as during the first listening. The trigger...

First lucid dream?

Last night when I dreamed about meeting one of my friends outside the gym in the evening he said something totally foolish (I can't remember what he said or if I didn't understand him at all) and I suddenly realized that I was dreaming. I didn't begin to think as rationally as I had thought I would ...

I'm not pretty sure how I overcame the problem, but try moving - just a little - or simply do not think about staying still during the induction part. If you concentrate a lot on staying still you will probably stiffen your muscles instead of relaxing them. Open your mouth and let your jaw bone move...

The trance has become deeper during the last few days, but I haven't achieved ANY results yet. How long does it take/...

I've had exactly the same problems (although the itching wasn't as bad) for the first few days when I began warping my mind with CurseLucidDreams2. I haven't seen ANY results during the 5 days of using, but last (probably the eleventh) time I listened to the file I noticed that it was easier to conc...

Is being interrupted dangerous?

The FAQ says that the worst thing that will happen is nothing. However, when listening to CurseLucidDreams2 for the fourth time the second day (with no success the first night) some naive friend thought that he could dance around my immobile body, show me middlefingers and stuff; as long as he didn'...
