Depends on the person...Everything is created with your mind, not some set pattern. I would suspect that your preconcieved ideals on what it will be like will probably be what you experience...If the results were undesirable it only takes you to change them.

The feelings you are experiencing are good signs. When you feel thouse feelings, just keep listening and you will go deeper still.

Heh, I think your results have little to do with hypnosis, but keep at it since it will work.

While changes in the way you act are easy, visual hallucinations are a lot harder to do. Infact, people in the know suggest that it is impossible for most to acheive visual hallucinations... So, if you have given it a few months with no result, I would think about trying guided imagery or something ...

You will find everyone has triggers work very differently.

Hypnosis is never addictive unless you want it to be so.

I used to have breathing trouble in trances...I just trained myself with concentrating on my breathing for a while and now it is no problem...

Post-Hypnotic-Suggestions are difficult to get to work for most people. Even professionals spend a long time with a subject for such things to work. Stick with getting deep before you even think of anything else.

I don;t have any links for you because I have been reading on hypnosis for ages now, but...Some people honestly can't be hypnotised with files over the Internet, not matter how hard they try.

My two cents is that you will find the effects of files a lot more dramatically if you listen to less of them at one time.

Depends on your tastes. Nothing about hypnosis is set in stone.
