By the way, I have found getting into bed in a diaper that is already slightly wet helps to encourage wetting at night. :D

Yes, I was just about to recommend Sarnoga's four part series in conjunction with the 12 month plan. You have to be patient and you have to want it. It worked for me.

There is a twelve month training program available that works in conjunction with hypnosis. Try it, you will be amazed.

I also recommend the 12month program but only if you are serious. It worked for me. I am confidently in diapers now for 3 years. It has been an adventure but I am happy.
