it is finally paying off. i have been listening to the sae file for about 2 weeks now and i am finally seeing resolts

i dont know wether im sleeping or am i in a trance. i will listen to a file and after listening to the induction, the actural file will start, then i am feeling like i am waking up when its counting 3...4...5. is this normal?
