What would happen if I used the binaural versions of the files while i slept? Would the have any effects on me?

I have a teenage son who is interested into bodybuilding. Would it be safe to allow him to use hypnosis, such as MNFriendly Guy's Muscle Pig series, the Muscle Growth file on hypno-files or even Curse Muscle Bound?

Is this any good?

I'm a little hesitant about it. What exactly does it do, and what is the trigger? Is it really that good?


Can it be used as an induction, then with other files?

Which files do you suggest to help fall into trace easily and quickly (less than 15 mins)?

Well, I was listening to a file, and I was part concentrating to the file and letting my mind wander. Then, I felt as if I was spinning around slowly and was on water. Was that trace?

So I wrote a script for one of the files here and I decided to start listening to files while I sleep.

I've started listening to Curse Musclebound-nohairloss, about halfway through the induction, my leg starts twitching. I don't lose my trance, it's just annoying. Sometimes my legs also contact slowly, so I don't notice. Eventually, I do, but I have to relax it and it reduces my concentration a littl...

Would there be any effects of a file if I removed the induction and awakener, left only the body, and turned it down to a barely hearable level and put music over it? That way I'll be ok if someone walks in on me while I'm listening. :D

I've listened to it a few times and I've started to fell fur on my arm and legs when I play the file, but I haven't tried the trigger yet. Or I could be hallucinating or my arms are falling asleep =)

Anyone have success with this?

I've noticed that when I'm in trace that I feel waves in my head when I listen. Is this normal?

I've also noticed that if I come out of trance without an awakener, my arms feel all tingly and I can't move them as easily.

So, anyone have success with this?

I know everything going on when I listen to a file. I can't move but I know that I'm listening. Am I under?
