Still trying to shrink myself so far no luck yet and if anyone wants to try to hypnotise me tonight let me know and we can try to get me under trance and shrink smaller I’m adhd/autistic if anyone has experience with putting people who has that under might help

Ok I’m looking for a copies of max harm dumbing down files and maybe the trancer file too but if someone has them on something like Soundcloud or something similar that I could get access to for listening to them I would be very happy

Has anyone else been noticing that they are having a feeling of that they need to go to the bathroom more often like the urge to go increased yet no accidents or bed wetting?
